🌼 Take a cue from the trees [plus: 👻 All things HALLOWEEN 🧡 so many Trunk or Treats]

What are you ready to shed?

Hey, Halloweenie Mamas,

A cold front is blowing in here, right on Halloween night (so dress warmly!). I take this swing as a cue from nature about where to focus. Nature is the mother of perfect, unrushed, cyclical timing after all.

The trees will drop their leaves, needles, acorns, and blessed pecans. And so I ask myself: what is it time for me to drop?

What versions of myself have I outgrown?
What dreams am I hanging on to that no longer reflect my actual desires?
What drama do I need to Marie Kondo right out of my life?
Who do I need to forgive (so I can finally get that space and power back)?
What delicious pecans of wisdom can I put in my pocket and take with me as sustenance through the cold of winter?

Spring is the season of rebirth and redemption but the story starts now in the shedding of fall. It’s crispy, dusty, and downright haunting to clear the skeletons out of the inner closet. But ‘tis the season. Give up the ghost. Chocolate will help.

P.S. If you want to take some time for yourself and explore these questions more deeply with other local women, please reply “Interested” directly to this email and I will put you on the waitlist for our upcoming Year-in-Review Reflection Workshop in December. The workshop is an evening of quiet introspection, journaling, and deep conversation. You will leave with a guide for closing out the year with ease. Details to follow. Pricing will be accessible.
